Privacy Policy

JS-PV · Updated October 1, 2026

This policy explains what information Jet Studio LLC (“Jet Studio”, “we”, “us”) collects through jetstudiollc.com and through the apps and games we publish, how we use it, and the choices you have. We try to collect as little as possible.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to our website at jetstudiollc.com and to every app and game published by Jet Studio LLC, unless a specific product shows you its own privacy notice. Where a product has its own notice, that notice adds to this policy for that product.

The website

Our website does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or tracking cookies, and it does not load fonts, scripts, or other resources from third-party services while you browse.

Like every website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider. That provider may automatically record technical information for each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. These logs are used to deliver and secure the site and are kept for a limited period under the provider’s own policies. We do not combine them with any other information.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to write, including any attachments such as screenshots. We use this only to answer you, to fix the problem you reported, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Our apps and games

Our apps and games are designed to work with as little personal information as possible. What a particular product collects depends on what it does, and each product discloses its practices in its App Store privacy details or Google Play data safety section. Depending on the product, this may include:

  • Progress, settings, and saved content you create, stored on your device or in your platform account (for example, iCloud or Google Play Games) so you can continue where you left off.
  • Crash reports and basic diagnostics, such as device model, operating system version, and the error that occurred, used only to find and fix bugs.
  • Purchase records. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation that a purchase happened so we can unlock it; we never receive your card or bank details.

If a product uses a third-party service that processes personal information, such as a crash-reporting service, we will name that service in the product’s privacy details and in this policy before the product is released.

How we use information

  • To provide our apps, games, and website, and to keep them working.
  • To respond to your messages and support requests.
  • To find and fix bugs and improve our products.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

When we share information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our products (such as our hosting and email providers), and only as needed for them to do that work; when the law requires it; to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, the public, or Jet Studio; or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Support emails are kept for as long as they are useful for helping you and then deleted. Crash reports and diagnostics are kept only as long as needed to fix the issues they describe. Information stored on your device stays under your control and is removed when you delete the app.

Children

Our products are not designed to collect personal information from children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under the minimum age set by the law where they live. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have similar rights, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

To make a request, email [email protected] from the address you used with us, or tell us which product you use so we can find your information. We will answer within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections and limited access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

Jet Studio is based in the United States. If you use our products from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States or in other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws from your own. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices change, for example when we release a new product. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on this page and, where appropriate, in the affected product.
